I've only gotten lost once since my last ordeal, and I've met a few merchants, but none of them had any maps to sell me. I did buy some more food though, and I've started eating less than I used to to stretch out my supplies so I won't have to buy as many.
I heard some wolves in the distance last night while I was sitting around a small fire that I had made. I didn't sleep much, and I kept hold of my daggers all night.
